Jason George is an American actor who appeared as Adam in Witches of East End, a character which only appeared in the second version of the pilot.
While attending graduate school in Philadelphia, Jason George went to an open call at a local mall for Aaron Spelling’s daytime drama, "Sunset Beach." During the nationwide talent search, casting directors saw more than 14,000 hopefuls, but it was George who landed the role of gang leader-turned-lifeguard, "Michael Bourne." Since then, George has been a series regular on multiple hit television shows such as the UPN half-hour comedy "Eve," where he starred opposite the famous musician in her self-titled show. He also starred in The WB series "Off Centre" as a rap star and in the UPN drama "Platinum." George was a series regular on ABC’s "What About Brian" and "Eli Stone," as well as a recurring guest star on "Eastwick" before landing a series regular role on "Off the Map," both on ABC. Currently, he continues his recurring guest star role on ABC’s "Grey’s Anatomy" and can be seen starring in the new summer series "Mistresses," also on ABC.
Born and raised in Virginia Beach, Virginia, George majored in rhetoric and communication studies at the University of Virginia and later honed his craft earning an M.F.A. from Temple University’s theater department. Currently residing in Los Angeles, he serves on the Board of Directors for Temple University’s School of Communication and Theater. Additionally, George has served on the national boards of both SAG and AFTRA and is elated to now serve on the board of the combined performers union, SAG-AFTRA.
- It is funny to note that George played in Eastwick, Maggie Friedman's former witch-based show, which got cancelled after only thirteen episodes.
