Steven Berkoff is a British actor, author, playwright and stage director who appears as King Nikolaus, Joanna and Wendy's villanous father, in the Witches of East End TV series.



  • He is the third British actor to appear on the show. Coincidentally, the first was Julia Ormond who plays his daughter on-screen while the second was Christian Cooke, who plays his on-screen grandson.
  • Berkoff is often known for his roles as the ultimate villain, such as Lt. Col Podovsky in Rambo: First Blood Part II, General Orlov in the James Bond film Octopussy or Adolf Hitler in the TV mini-series War and Remembrance.
